At UCFS Italia S.p.A. he sets the overall strategic direction and maintains primary responsibility for stakeholder relationships and regulatory dialogue. His leadership philosophy centres on building organisations where compliance and commercial ambition reinforce rather than conflict with each other.

Chief Financial Officer
Giulia brings extensive experience in financial planning, treasury management, and credit portfolio oversight gained across senior roles in retail banking and specialised lending. She oversees the financial integrity of UCFS Italia S.p.A., including funding strategy, risk-adjusted pricing, and periodic financial reporting. Her analytical rigour ensures that growth objectives are pursued within a disciplined capital management framework.
Alessandro Conti
Head of Merchant Partnerships
Alessandro has built and managed commercial partner networks across multiple consumer finance businesses, with a particular focus on retail and e-commerce sectors. At UCFS Italia S.p.A. he leads the acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing management of our merchant-partner portfolio, working to ensure that every partner relationship delivers mutual commercial value. He is known for his ability to translate complex financial product features into compelling merchant propositions.
Federica Romano
Head of Compliance and Legal Affairs
Federica is a qualified legal professional specialising in consumer credit regulation, data protection, and financial services governance. She leads the compliance and legal function at UCFS Italia S.p.A., ensuring that all products, processes, and communications meet applicable regulatory standards.
